I had a great experience with Jacob the plumber. He quickly found and fixed a leak in one of our pipes and also replaced the gas hose to our dryer. His work was clean, neat, and professional—he made sure everything was done safely and properly. On top of that, he was friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Jacob and My Guy plumbers if you’re looking for a reliable and skilled plumber!

Prompt and professional service. Matt and Andrew came to the house and did a great job inspecting our leaking tub. They also repaired a sink that had no hot water. They did a nice job replacing parts and allowing for hot and cold water again in sink. Their manager called to discuss price and repairs. It was ultimately all repaired and we are happy with the service.

Typical Thursday, early afternoon. I saunter from my upstairs home office to my basement lair only to discover one of our ("most homeowners”) least favorite scenes - a pool of perfectly usable hot water surrounding the rusted underbelly of the years-old hot water heater. With the laundry plans on indefinite hiatus, I brainstormed my next moves. Turn off the water, get a towel and a fan on the scene, and call a plumber. An avid radio listener, I was more than familiar with the MYGUY PLUMBING jingle. Maybe too familiar (I do a fairly competent rendition). A quick Google search led to a phone call with Erica at the central station, who in turn dispatched a dynamic duo, Matt C. and his apprentice, Joe. They diagnosed that my heater was, in fact, toast, ran through a number of replacement options, and set us up with a great financing deal. While I did my job upstairs, Matt and Joe did the real work in the basement. Before dinnertime, they had removed the busted appliance, replaced with a brand new Bradford White model, and brought all of the associated pipe / wire / etc. up to date (with the kind help of another local genius MYGUY gentlemen whose name I didn't take down - my apologies). By dinner time, it was like nothing had happened. Great crew all around, incredible pricing, and an insanely fast turnaround time. Special thanks to Matt and JOe for being so cool and putting up with my loud, demanding golden retriever. I can't recommend this team enough. MYGUY, YOURGUY. MYGUY PLUMBING RULES.

Very happy we called My Guy Plumbing to fix our leaky pipe! Charlie and Matt D were very helpful in explaining exactly what was happening with the recurrent problem of pin hole leaks in one section of our copper piping. Other plumbing companies had fixed the pipe two other times only to have it start leaking again a few months later. Charlie diagnosed the problem and explained how the pin holes could have started and made recommendations to fix it. It was done neatly and within the time he stated it would require. He asked if we had any other issues while they were there, I mentioned a slow leak under my sink. They investigated and found that hardware under the sink was corroded and deteriorating and was the cause of the leak. He gave a very reasonable price and repair both bowls of the sink with top of the line, heavy duty Kohler fixtures, they then checked for more and 15 min to make sure everything was water tight with no leaks. Charlie took the time to explain each step of the process and was very thorough. I was so impressed with the level of service I signed up for the maintenance plan which doubled my warranty and discounted the work done. Two major plumbing headaches I was dealing with were taken care expertly, in a little over two hours. Highly recommend!! Thanks Charlie and Matt!

Chris and Brian did a fantastic job of replacing my boiler after it failed shortly after Christmas. They were professional with expert knowledge about installing my new boiler. Supplied and installed 75 gallon natural draft water heater. Drained and removed existing water from the home. Supplied and installed new copper piping, fittings and ball valve. Repiped gas fittings and installed new gas flex. Tied on to existing flu Secured all connections, and filled system, purged system of air. Checked for leaks, there are no leaks at this time *permit fees are at home owners cost *customer is now a member
With the countertop now drilled, RO System and faucet are now ready for installation. Supplied and installed brand new Atlas RO System. Mounted customer supplied faucet. Mounted filters on the left and tank on the right of the sink. Supplied and installed a 1/4 angle stop for the system. Made up 3/8 and 1/4in hose connections. Secured all my connections and turned valve on to fill the system. With the system filled, I heavily purged the system of air. Manufacturer’s specifications state to let the system run for 15 mins prior to drinking the water. Ran water and checked for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Drilled hole on tubular tailpiece for rinse of RO System. There are no leaks on the drain at this time. *Left all appropriate paperwork on shelf above the sink for the client.

Arrived to the home, customer had renovtheir master bathroom two years ago and had an Amazon shower tower installed. Only till recently have they had issues with running out of hot water. I am familiar with these shower systems, most are not American made and have no flow restrictions. By plumbing code, no fixture in a home can not exceed 2.5 gallons per minute. This system provides water at whatever the homes pressure is. Client had stated that it worked fine since the install by only recently have they experienced issues with running out of hot water. I next made it to the water heater, I discovered that the existing 75 gallon water heater is 14yrs old, has signs of wear and tear and rust on the jacket of the tank as well. I also discovered that the gas valve is cranked up to its hottest setting and the hot side pipe is not very hot. To be proactive, I advised to the client that replacement of the water heater is recommended due to its age, also that this issue just started happening

Upon arrival, customer stated she had a leaking hose bib. After depth evaluation has been determined. The hose bib in the front of the house is leaking and needs to be replaced. Estimates were given and unfortunately the price is not within the customers budget. Together we tried,to find a more affordable solution, but unfortunately, we could not. The homeowner asked if I could just turn the valve off to the hose bib. I was able to locate and turn off the valve for the front yard hose bib. If things change, the customer will notify us.
